The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.
If you use eduVote as a participant of an event, i. e. not as a speaker, you do not have to register. We therefore do not store any personal data about you.
When you register on our website as an instructor, you will be asked whether you accept our privacy policy. With this consent you agree that your personal data will be collected, stored and used for the purposes stated in this declaration. Your consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
We only collect personal data that is necessary for the use of eduVote. This is only your e-mail address and the time at which you last used eduVote.
A correct e-mail address is necessary for the use as an instructor, because only then you can receive a mail with your password. You also give SimpleSoft the opportunity to inform you about new features of eduVote or the expiration of your license at an appropriate time or to ask for feedback.
The time of last use as an instructor may be used to provide your ID to potential survey participants in a pre-selection process.
All personal data will not be passed on to third parties. In the case of enterprise licenses, the departments that have ordered and paid for eduVote are excluded from this rule.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e. g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
At no time the questions or answers asked will be stored on Buchholz Wengst GbR's servers.
